Everyone wants a picture of an Italian superstar. In this instance, it happens to be the Mona Lisa in the Louvre. Instead of taking a close up photo of the painting like everyone else, I thought a wide angle photo would better illustrate the scene.

While hanging out in Paris, I came across this image and I couldn't pass it up.

After a long day of standing in line to see the famous sites of Paris, it's nice to relax after the sun goes down and see a few not-so-famous sites of Paris. Here, I watch a flamethrower risk his for a few coins near the Eiffel Tower.

Who would have thought that visiting a cemetery would be a great thing to do while on vacation? But walking around this old place is a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Forget that there are tombs here and enjoy the peacefulness.

When is the Louvre never busy? Except when closed, probably never. There's either a mass of people waiting to get in or a mass wondering the hallways. And it's no wonder, with super stars like the Mona Lisa a Venus de Milo there's no better place to find art at it's finest.

I'm heading to Paris for vacation in a week and thought I would rummmage through some old images from my last visit in 2004. I'm looking forward to seeing sites that I missed on the last visit. Paris has a special place in my heart as having the best pizza ever, the Pizza quatre saisons.
